Chances are the jumper cables you are using are inferior and the starter is sucking all the power for cranking and not leaving enough for the electronic engine control.

Put it on a charger for a few hours and try again, it's somewhat possible the battery was on it's last leg and the drain was the final factor.

I have heavy duty cables I'm going to try tmrw, I am hoping its not the last leg for the batt. I mean I just did drive it to my buddy's house hours before. Thank you for your reply I'm hoping it is the cables!

Check the inertia switch in the front passenger side kick panel, make sure it's not popped up, if so push it back down, it should click.

Other than that make sure all fuses inside and under the hood are good. Don't have a 95 wiring diagram, my disk is 96-99.

Well I'm an idiot, I have one tank and the "dual tank switch" (dummy switch on the one tank models" was unplugged but it needed to be plugged in for the truck to run!
