Default Help identify these heads??

I recently purchased a 95 f150. The guy didnt know much about the drivetrain of the truck other than he bought it as a "347". Of course I figured it was just a stock 302 with a couple of mods (throttle body, intake manifold, camshaft thats way too big for a truck, etc) but I went ahead and purchased the truck. Now that I've got it home, I'm digging into it a lil bit to see exactly what I have and make a few changes. With that said, can someone identify these heads and give me the specs on them?

anyone?? im trying to decide if i want to swap on a set of worked 289 heads that came off a class racecar thats been sitting in the garage for a while now? I know i should get a pretty decent compression bump from the heads alone but I'd like to compare flow rates as well.

i think the numbers are generally under the head near the push rod holes (this has been my experience with mustang heads at least). I'll take one completely off when I get a chance but I think I'm going to just go ahead and plan on swapping on my 289 heads. Now i just have to decide what cam to run ... stock mustang roller cam, tfs stage 1 cam or something else???

Well the truck ran pretty good when i got it but it had a bunch of mixed parts on it and idled like it had a cam way too big for it. So my goal is to basically go through everything, swap the cam for something that idles better and possibly add a lil power in the process. I've got a few parts left over from previous mustangs I've owned (currently still own 3 mustangs lol ... 2011 gt, 91 347 turbo lx hatch, 93 mustang 2.3t coupe) so i thought i might use some of those parts to add a lil power. In the end I'd like to have a lil street/strip truck that i can use to haul stuff at times and tow every now and then.

If it is a 347, might be explorer heads, if not plain stock 302 heads, if it is a MAF truck you can benefit from some Mustang 5.0 stuff, but leave the truck intake, they are made for trucks for low end, the mustang manifolds are a higher rpm for lighter vehicles, they actually base the mustang hi-po manifolds off the truck lower. You could also tell if they are stock heads by looking in the back of the heads and see if it has the truck egr x-ovrer and the factory egr system.

I got them off and they are your standard E7TE heads. I would keep the truck intake except someone before me had already ditched the stock intake for a professional products upper and lower intake. I haven't had a chance to measure the piston stroke yet but my guess is the motor is just a regular 302. I'm thinking I'll install this tfs1 cam (advanced a couple of degrees) with some worked 289 heads. What are yalls thoughts on that?
