Default Head Gasket Replacement

So I blew a head gasket and need to replacement. I do all my own work on my truck and I'm pretty mechanically inclined. I haven't dove this deep into the engine yet though. My question is does anyone have a step by step system or something on how to replace them? I can't find anything in my haynes manual on how to do it which is surprising. This was a daily driver until this happened and need to get it fixed, and I'm not about to fork over $1500 to have a dealer or shop do it. Just don't got the dough for that. Any help is appreciated.

The manual doesn't say how to remove the head?

No haven't found anything. Look through every now and again to make sure I didn't miss it.

Keep in mind nobody can help you because you gave us zero info about what truck and engine you have...

There are many videos on YouTube of head gasket replacements.
Take a look there.
