That's a large drop in mileage, usually with electric things it's only a few mpg if that, it may be your injectors all together, does it smell like it uses a lot of fuel?

Have you checked for codes? Possibly o2 sensor? That is a problem I had with my 5.8

If the tires are not stock size, check the circumference of what you are running. It can throw it off a lot. Then tune it up and check the timing. I would think you can get 14 anyhow

It's not your tire size. I've got a 94 302 with 31x10.5s and I get 15-18 mpg. Do you have an exhaust leak? Because that or aftermarket exhaust could be throwing off your o2 sensor

At times it does smell rich in fuel. I have replaced the o2 sensor. Not much change if any. My exaust is standard with the exception of a glass pack.

How are you tracking the mpg? If your odometer is off cause the oversize tires you wont get correct MPG figures by using miles driven and gallons of gas.

sounds like its in limp home mode, does it seem like it's got no guts anymore?

check codes, if the O2 is fine and it's still running rich, theres something causing that which the computer cant correct, possibly a sensor of some sort which a code would give you the clues to
