Extreme cold Didn't start. Now starts and....
Hey guys,
The other day we had it below -25 F and my truck started the night before. The day of it didn't start. So I got some stuff for fuel and poured that in both tanks. She finally started when it got closer to 0 F. Issue is that now it idles HARD and it dies when in gear.
I'm thinking i should replace my spark plugs and do an oil change but issue is it's too cold.
Is there anything else I should touch on to make her purr again?

It probably flooded. You probably got a lot of black smoke when it did start. Wouldn't hurt to check your plugs, they might be gas soaked. I used to dry the plugs on my Bronco II with a torch, it was bad for cold starts, if it wasn't plugged in. 3 times out of 5 my Bronco would flood bad enough to ruin the oil, just check the dipstick.
