I replaced the exhaust manifold gasket on my 94 F150 4x4 5.8 and noticed that one of the exhaust valves was gunked up. I checked the spark plug there and it was fouled too. I'm hoping a valve stem seal will help but at 225000 mi.....Is it worth trying?
