Default engine rebuild kit and diffs

hopefully its ok im posting both questions in the engine talk section

i have a 1989 ford f150 with a stock(tired) 5.0 4x4 with a AOD 4" lift 35" tires stock 3.55 gearing
i have low oil pressure, i hooked up a mechanical gauge.
i plan pulling the motor to put new bearing and oil pump and all the seals as i go. i am gonna leave the heads on

The purpose of the truck is my haul around town truck and my hunting truck. i just need to make it reliable...I plan on building a 408 later on but for now reliablilty is the goal, just so you know.

While its down im gonna swap the gears to 4.56 so i can bring the powerband back up to the normal range with a little extra for the passes here in washington.

im not worried about doing any of the work im familar with engines, the diffs will be my first go around fully by myself but i know what im looking for......

ANYHOW what i do need your guys help with is the parts im putting in it, im not going all out but i refuse to put junk in it so for the engine rebuild kit i found this kit from summit
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/fe...rd/model/f-150
i was wondering if anyone has used/know of someone who has used this kit or summit in general? any things to look out for? all of my internal work has been performance based or building strokers so for "general maintainance" im not sure whats good or bad for kits like this.

for the gears i decided to go with these
front http://www.summitracing.com/parts/spz-36066/overview/
rear http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mg...-456/overview/

the only reason in not sticking with the same manufactors is becasue i could find a full kit for motive gears with the front. i also was debating G2 but i heard a few more bad reviews and usa standard are yukons "not to par" sets but still as strong.
let me know wha you guys think on the parts..thank in advance
