Default Easy motor upgrades?

Have a 1993 5.0 efi and wondered what little things I can do to gain power. I have glass packs on it that the previous owner did but that's pretty much it. What can be done for cheap that won't take me long and what can be done that'll take time and money? Just need a idea of what I wanna do. Trucks a hog, just want a little more pick up and go thanks!!

Basic tune up. Where do you live, if not extremely hot, you might be able to change the viscosity in the rear end. It helps a very little bit, but it still helps. Has any of the emissions stuff been removed? Lighter weight tires will reduce the parasitic loss of the drivetrain. These are all small things though.

roller rockers mebe, easy enough to access and the right ones can improve air flow similarly to a better cam

do a tune up, but use a vacuum gauge instead of a light, will get you a better tune for the wear on the engine

better spark plugs will get you better burn

etc etc

Lol. You mean muggy. I'd do a basic tune up and change the rear oil to a lighter weight. Not like 30W motor oil, but just a straight 75 weight gear oil. Change plugs, wires, cap, check all vaccuum lines, check wiring going to the motor for any breaks/shorts, change oil, flush coolant with new coolant, and any other simple tune up items like filters.
