i got headmen headers which came with headmen gaskets. i dont want to be replacing them in a week, soo im looking for the best gaskets for this. the guy thats putting them on for me said to use the oem gaskets for auto zone? thanks

i would use the ones they came with instead of oem, oem is meant for the stock manifold not the headers you have now
