Default 99 30gal tank on 95 150?

Well I purchased my truck with dual tanks and a missing front tank. I am running off the rear one only, and after a motor swap, its still running like crap. I'm having the exhaust redone from the block back. I am looking into putting a larger tank on with a new pump.
Assuming straps and pump are replaced, and new lines put in, removing the switching unit... would this all be an easy swap?
What issues would I have to worry about?

What you could do is get a Bronco tank and mount it in the location of a single tank and connect the filler hose to the rear gas filler. The single tanks are a lot easier to pull out if there is a problem also. I've pulled them out and put them back in by myself.

by the way the single tanks are mounted above the spare tire.
