Default 96 f-150 upgrades?

I was wondering some routes I can got with the obd2 system to make more power in the 96 302, I have seen that edelbrock has a lot of different heads and cams but who knows how the truck will run..or swap to a 351? I already have flow tech headers, dynomax highflow cats and 2 flowmaster dual exhaust pipes.. I want a reliable towing truck for many years..thanks

Some will say Custom cam, others will say E303, ect. All depends on what you are looking for in terms of power.

It is. But 3 things I need to fix in that video.

1. The transmission. Won't shift right between 1-2. (forgot to order a shift kit when I put it together. )
2. Torque converter stall is too low. (1900 rpm)
3. a ECU tune would be nice.

You could always go roller. GT40 heads and intake. Roller Cam and rockers.

Definitely do long tube headers. I'm gonna be putting a set on mine in a few months.
