Default 96 5.0 idle drops every few seconds

My 96 F150 runs great other than the fact that when at idle it will drop down to 400-500 rpms about every 6-10 seconds and jump back up. Sometimes it will die when doing this, but not all the time. I thought the timing was set incorrectly, but I checked it and its fine. It's not throwing any codes either. I'm suspecting the tps, pip sensor in the distributor, or the iacv. The motor is a Jasper reman with only about 5k miles on it. I've recently replaced the engine temp sensor, plugs, and the fuel pump. Other than this idle issue, the truck runs great and has all the power it should. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Idle air control would come to mind I'd also check fuel pressure.
