Okay so i have a 94 f150 5.0. It has 126,000 miles on it and latley its been running horrible. When i first start it, it will idle really high then almost die but catch and go back to normal idle. And when i drive it and hit the gas, i have no power. It hesitates and sounds like it knocks and then all of a sudden it will take off. The check engine light is on and off constantly. So i pulled the codes and for KOEO codes i got 565, 157, 158, 332 and 334. Then once it got up to normal operating temp i pulled the codes when it was running and i got a 173 and a 332. I did put a new egr valve and sensor in it the other day. Not sure where to begin. Thanks

565 (O) Canister Purge 1 solenoid/circuit failure – Solenoids
157 (R,M) Mass Air Flow signal is/was low or grounded – MAF
158 (O,R,M) MAF sensor is/was high or short to power – MAF
332(R,M) EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittently – EVR or PFE
334 (O,R,M) EVP sensor is/was high – EVR

173 (R,M) Oxygen sensor not switching – system is or was rich – Single, Right or Rear HO2S – Fuel control

I'd start with a MAF sensor

Should I just replace it or try cleaning it or what?

CRC makes a sensor cleaner for about 8 bucks you could try because that whole sensor runs about 100 bucks at Advance

That reads like a vacuum leak. You'll find it, when you get canister purge and egr together thats the clue. System vacuum has to be peak or you get those codes.
