94 F150 5.0 idle speed drops
I have a 94 F150, 5.0, 5 speed manual, 4 wheel drive, no A/C. When sitting at a stop light idling, the idle speed will drop and then pick back up to normal. Once in a while it will die completely, but starts right up again. While driving at low throttle or coasting the truck will occasionally buck violently. Finally, when letting off the gas to shift gears, the engine speed takes a couple of seconds to slow. It used to slow immediately. Any ideas?

I would check your Thottle Position Sensor and Idle Air Control valve. The dying completely and re-starting could also be a failing PIP sensor/pickup coil in the distributor, or something else related to providing spark.
Google around for TPS and IAC. There are well established protocols to test/clean/replace each. I'd start by testing your TPS.

^^^ This for sure ^^^ remove and clean the throttle body along with the TPS and IAC.. one or both may need replaced.
