I have a 1995 Flareside with the 351 in it and it starts and runs for a few seconds on both tanks it has been sitting I have no idea how long though. But what could cause it? We are going to drop the tanks soon and clean them and replace the filter. It runs on spray though with the fuel tank switch taken out. So I know it's a fuel issue.

You need a fuel pressure gauge.

It runs now.. Just had to give it gas and it stayed running and starts every time now. I didn't have motor mounts bolted up yet so I didn't want to rev it any.
