My head gasket is starting to fail on my 95 f150. Looking into doing a complete engine build since it only has 90k on it. What are some good building parts for this engine? I was lookin at the comp cams 270hr kit that comes with valve train for 750! I'm looking at headers, exhaust and a aftermarket intake. Not looking for complete power but I need it reliable and I want it to get up and go. I need to change the gears too since they are shot. Any info would be great!

I'm guessing it's out of a Early 90's late 80's? Does it have everything to drop in and run?

Yes it came out of a bronco. Has everything needed to run been sitting in a garage since it was pulled years ago.

Hmm. I really don't know how to price that. Most motors on eBay are going for around 500.

It would have to go as a combo motor and trans. Just keep in mind at the time they were pulled there were only 19,000 on the clock. Have paperwork from vehicle also.

^pulled years ago???? was the rocker arms loosened? was it coated thick in oil? and primed very often?


if not, its probably junk now..

anyways. really depends what your wants and needs and budget are to what youll get out of a build
