4.9 to 4.6 from crown vick
Okay fellas i need some help i recently came up on a 4.6 from a crown vick with an auto trans but my buddy said that id run into trouble bolting up a 5 speed to the 4.6 because its bolted to an auto is this true

No you'll have no problem if you get the right 5 speed trans i believe the t-56 trans will work but any manual trans from a 1996 and up mustang with a 4.6 will bolt right up not a problem bolt patterns the same
