My truck recently has lost power like a dead spot in the throttle. When driving around 60 mph pushing on the gas a little does nothing it will only gain speed if you put it almost all the way to the floor then it will drop a gear but will kind of sputter and back fire. The fuel rail is reading 40 psi. Its almost like its not advancing the timing. I haven't had time to check it but I think the little fuse that you take out when you adjust the timing then put back in I think has fell out. Could this be the problem?
