Default 1996 5.8 not all injectors firing

Alright it's a 96 f250 with the 5.8 and all the injectors aren't getting power. Cylinder 1 and 5 for sure, I dint want to pull off the intake to check the others. I used a node light to test them. I tried a distributer off another truck thinking it wasn't sending a good signal but that didn't help. Injectors were all working prior to me swapping in other motor. I reused intake and harness that we're original to truck. I'm at a loss here any help would be appreciated.

is it under or over 8500lb gvw. cause over they are bank fired and under they are sequential. see if they are all getting power all 8 should have 12 volts with key on.

#1, 4, 5, and 8 are all on one circuit they all fire together and #2,3,6,7 fire together so I bet you are are losing #4 and #5 also they should be a white wire that goes to pin 59 on computer.

Alright it finally has gotten warm enough to work on the truck. The injectors aren't firing on 1 5 and 8 like you said, I can't get to 4 but I'm going to assume its not. I haven't found the pin yet but when I do I'm going to assume with a multimeter I should be able to get A signal from this wire? I was leaning toward a broken wire or grounding issue since I changed the motor but like I said I'm lost on it thus far

We'll I'm still looking for some advice. I checked pins 58 and 59 from the PCM and 59 had a pulse when it turned over and 58 didn't which leads me again to the PCM. I'm not sure what would cause this other than that.

How were you checking pulse, because the computer grounds the signal. so you need to check with test light hooked to the positive side of battery, if you was checking with test light hooked to negative that would explain the outcome. cause the pin i said runs the ones yous said do not work???? You did verify all injectors are getting power with key on right. also make sure you are getting ground on pin 60, 40, and 20. make sure no wire came unplugged from battery or have a repair end and wire get hooked to positive. I had a guy swap an engine and somehow plugged evap solenoid plugin into some other plug in over by heater fan, I fried 3 computers until I found it, almost all plugins are dummy proof but those weren't.
