I have a miss that is constant from idle to any RPM. The motor is an remanufactured long block purchased from Ford. It has 15,000 miles on it and the truck has 151,000 miles. I have replaced the plugs, cap, rotor, and the plug wires an there is still this miss. I think I have narrowed it down to cylinder #4. There are no diagnostic codes shown. The check engine light is not on. I installed a new injector in #4 cylinder and this did no good. Did a compression check on all cylinders and all are good. (15,000 miles on the motor). Could a bad computer affect just one cylinder? I am stumped on this one. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

when u replaced the distributer did u make sure that ur timeing was right and may wanna check ur timming chain to make sure that was set right to
