Default 1993 Flareside XLT 5.0

While changing the TPS I found this line not connected to anything. I looks like it is coming off that vacuum component just left of the throttle body with the T fitting below it (not the one to the far left). I am the 3rd and newest owner of the truck and I find all these weird fixes the previous owner did. Usually they are pretty easy to figure out. This one has me stumped.

That looks like a coolant hose, but that wouldn't make any sense if it's hooked up and coolant isn't spewing out. If you're talking about the fitting on the lower intake with the sensor in it, that is a coolant tee for the heater core. Does your heat work?
