Default 1978 f150 400 c.i. mpg/ issue

Hi everyone so I recently put a 400 bored .040 in my truck. 78 f150 sm465 4wd 3.55 rear ford 9" . I put 800 miles on it since the rebuild and was getting 9 around town and 12 on the highway at 70mph. (Not bad for a 4 speed and 650cfm edelbrock) One day I was going to work and stopped at the gas station where I realized the oil pressure was zero. And I also heard a slight knock. So I'm not happy right now and I haven't gotten into doing anything about it because its cold in New York and I don't have a shop..... does anybody know what kind of damage I possibly havw done with driving 7 minutes with no oil pressure? Please dont criticize me on not checking my oil pressure. I was in the process of making the oil light work which was unplugged. And moving my aftermarket guages from behind the floor shifter ro the pillar or on the dash. Any input would help. Thanks!!!
