Default Re using my oil

This may be a noob question and I believe I know the answer already, but I'll shoot anyways. I changed my oil about a month ago in my i6, and my pan gasket is leaking pretty bad. I'm going to replace it, but I don't want to buy 6 more quarts of oil when I do it. I plan to clean out as much sludge from the sump as I can without fully removing the pan, but when I drain the oil I expect it will run through whatever sludge is in there. Question is Can I re use my fresh oil, or will it become contaminated when it drains? Thanks for any input
