if the engine it revved at 3000 rpm it just cuts out like a limiter then back fires like its over fueling with no spark ... if i unplug the tps it wont do it but then i have a cel with a manual pcm fix this problem?

It should fix the issue, the PCM as it sits is looking for inputs it doesn't currently have.

That's what I was maybe thinking ... do you have any idea how to determine which part number pcm I need?
