Default planning engine rebuild/mod

so i've been thinking what to do with my engine when i start rebuilding my f150. now i have the 300 EFI engine, here are my thoughts what i'd like to do,
any webshops on the parts are welcome since they have to be shipped to belgium.

first i'd look for another 300 which should be the carbed version,
this i would rebuild with new performance crankshaft, aftermarket valve+springs.
what ignition should i put on?
offenhauser intake manifold, upgraded carb (which would be best?)
belt driven charger: what Ford (if possible for that era) has it installed originally?
exhaust manifold would stay with the EFI manifold, cut of before the cat to make a true dual exhaust.
should i put a high performance oil pump and a real oil pressure indicator?
since the conversion of EFI to carb can i use my intank fuel pump or should i put another in it?
