Default Motor mounts

Am I the only one who has troubles keeping this straight 6 beast down? Both of my trucks have broken motor mounts. Both had the straight 6

Torque baby, torque. Lol. I think there are some different strength mounts, but you might check your trans mount too. If it's bad, it can speed up the breaking of your motor mounts.

When I swap frames I'm going to get new motor mounts and Tranny mounts

Autofab in California builds some bombproof motor mounts, but they are pricey.
I ran a chain from the drivers side bracket on the motor, to the frame, and had no more problems.

That's what my uncle did with his cummins after he kept breaking mounts

another trick is just drill and add another high strength bolt through the regular mounts
