Default Idle misfire

1995 4.9 4wd 142k 5spd

New plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, timing is at 10 btdc iirc .

Previous owner says he replaced the distributor. Looks new to me. Newer cap and rotor also.

Truck has a nasty misfire at idle. No vacuum leaks either.

Is there something I'm missing?

Have you checked for codes? If there is no codes and you say its all new? You can check
Fuel pressure, and run a can of sea foam in gas to clean the fuel injectors! A dirty injector
Will cause a skip too.
