Default IAC gasket

Anybody know where I can buy an IAC gasket? I've looked everywhere and I can't find one. Ford dealership says Ford doesn't make them anymore. Auto parts stores can't get them and the gasket I made wasn't good enough. It misfires real bad in the morning ever since I replaced my throttle body gasket and cleaned up the throttle body.

That should be readily available. Try NAPA. If not then buy some good felpro gasket material. If you smear the IAC with a light coat of grease and then use it to "stamp" the pattern on the gasket material, you should be able to cut it out pretty exactly. I usually put a thin coat of grease on both sides of the gasket prior to installing.

a roll of that gasket material is a pretty awesome thing to keep on hand, i've got a couple home made gaskets still keeping things tight all across my engine/transfercase
