Default Fuel regulator

Can a fuel regulator cause a evap code i changed out everything except canister and fuel regualtor and still have the same code p0443 evap emission system control vavle circuit

Check for rot in the fuel filler assembly and rust or dirt where the gas cap seals. Did u change the vacuum lines and gas cap?

Yes vacuum lines gas cap gas filter was bad but no signs of anything horrible changed it anyways idk what else

I wouldn't think the regulator would affect that. The purge valve could be faulty or the circuit that controls it.
That metal pipe from the vents on the tanks over to the charcoal filter is famous for rusting out. It crosses over under the back of the cab and tends to rust there.

No rust anywhere near gas tank except frame rail i checked all vacuum lines changed out the rotted ones went to a mechanic read codes and pointed me toward the fuel regulator but idk im tired of replacing parts and getting no where

And im getting negative fuel trims at idle -1 to -2 and 2500 rpm -7 to -8
