Default evap cannister sounds like its got a hemi .any ideas?

my evap canister? plastic box behind battery hooked into the smog pump. it is making a noise that i have never heard before almost sounds like its got it own headers on it. loudest part of engine right now. i recently re sealed ext.motor/ clutch and hydraulic line also and replaced a handful of sensors/ parts in process. now its running rough but drivable when necessary. my spark adv is jumping around from 4-20 and anywhere between same as ltft and stft my 02 sensors are reading normal except i noticed b1s2 read 9 volts at one point. ect is good. maf is .8-1.3 depending on load. my engine vacuum is at approx 23 when hooked to brake booster it has full tune up. i checked vacuum lines before reinstall and fixed some with windshield wiper hose and hose clamps possible i could have broke one in process of reinstall but not likely no audible exhaust leaks brake cleaner test showed intake is sealed. what did i do wrong i would like to post pictures but dont have the technology. appreciate any ideas. list of replaced parts is too long to list. also i busted tabs on my lower intake and replaced w/ one from 94. 1996 f150 4.9 l6 2wd m/t eddie bauer edition. thank you in advance.

well i know its been a while but i have been having one hell of a month. anyways any ideas as to what would cause the reservoir to make such a loud noise. i recently found out i have a lower intake leak. not sure what im doing wrong but ive reinstalled it 3 times and everytime getting a leak in upper front corner. im considering some rtv for it but weary of it since there are no recomendations for it anywhere ive seen. my iac solenoid brand new if plugged in truck wont dip under 1800 pms un plugged runs just a little fast and starts perfectly for some reason or another the noise seems to have gone away after i let it set for a week or so. now my new dodge (just bought last week) wont get out of first gear (damn auto trannys ) i am back to ford now i am noticing that when i switch to my rear fuel pump while driving i can hear it constantly running however my front pump does not constantly run unless it is just less noisy. my only codes are lean bank 1+2 im assuming from intake leak. oh and koeo test shows egr circuit malfunction.everything runs pretty good except a/c blows warm air, and its a little difficult to shift and grinds occasionaly when first shifting (clutch all the way down) into reverse my spark adv is all over the board same w/stft but ltft is at 25 both banks and 02 sensor readings are a bit erratic. any input will be appreciated. thank you guys for your time as i am sure it is valuable. knowledge is worth a lot.
