Default Engine flooding

Got a 96 F150 inline6 5speed .. If all I ever did was drive to and from work .. Nobody would ever know the truck has a problem.. If the motor is up to temp and I stop and shut it off and then start it up to go it floods itself .. Spits and sputters until it clears out .. The truck will always start and will always clear out .. Over time it will has foul the plugs .. Does anybody have a clue or has herd of this problem ... I need help... Thanks

When I first brought mine home, it did the same thing. Try popping the hood just before pulling in to the gas station and let some cool air in / push hot air out. Leave it cracked open until after restart to see if it is vapor lock instead of flooding. I have replaced all of the stuff under the hood as recommended by others on the forum and it still isn't quite resolved.
