I just got my f150 with a 300 in it and Im getting ready to change the fluids and plugs and wires and what not. I was just curious in there's anything I can tune since its fuel injected or do i need a dyno and computer to check and make sure everything is right.

There is no tuner that gives you any real gain on a stock engine. It would be more money then the gain is worth that you could do you're self with a better ignition tuneup, timing bump, better flowing exhaust and proper engine maintenance.
