Default Clutch problem with 1995 F150

Recently got into my truck and started to drive down the road. I notice the clutch petal was becoming easy to push. I checked the fluid and it was a little low, plus the metal rod to the master cylinder was popping off under the dash. I am wanting to know what the problem is and what it might cost? I call local repair men and they tell me they need to see it. Well I have no way of getting the truck to them.

Needs a new clutch master cylinder. GET A FACTORY FORD REPLACEMENT.
