Default Alternator bolt stripped need help

96 Eddie Bauer f150 I'm replacing the headgasket so I'm trying to get the head off. I've got to take the alternator off to get the bracket bolt out of the head.. The bottom bolt to get the alternator out is completely stripped out.. Any advice ? Need this bolt out ASAP! Tryed the gator grip socket and it doesn't work, monkey wrenches etc can't get a grip on it.
