Default 300 inline electrical problems

I have a '89 f150 with the 300 inline. I recently had a distributor shear off the roll pin that holds the cam gear on and dropped the gear in the crank case. So i pulled the distributor, jacked up the engine, pulled the oil pan, replaced the oil pump, oil pan gasket, and distributor. After that the truck has been missing terribly when it's cold or the air is damp. But only until the engine warms up. I replaced the distributor again and it helped, but it hasn't gotten back to where it was. I have also replaced plug wires, coil, positive battery cable, voltage regulator. I also changed the transmission filter and gasket, but that was a separate issue. Someone please help me, i can't figure this out. Any chance i pulled a ground wire loose when i jacked up the engine?
