Fix the known codes first before moving on. If you take the tps off and look at it you will notice the are to nubs in it. On the throttle body where tps mounts there is a blade. Put a nub on each side of the blade and turn it clock wise. After that we can test the tps and the wires from it. Have you been clearing codes from the ecm after any work is done? If not this should be done.
