300 i6 4.9 has misfire cyl #6 but has spark!

If it is carbureted then it "should" be getting fuel since all the other cylinders are firing. You may want to check your cap and rotor and ignition wire...

Mine had a misfire as well and it ended up being a small crack in the porcelain on the plug so it was arcing to the outside of the block instead of sparking how it should

I'm having the same problem with my 1992 Ford F-150 300 4.9 L inline six. It sounds fine in the mornings when it's cold but starts idling rough once it warms up and starts making the same tick/knock that FordTuff03 mentioned. If someone could help with this problem I would greatly appreciate it as I am stumped as to what it could be.
