1997 4.2 cylinder 3 misfire
I have a 1997 F-150 with the 4.2 and the check engine light keeps flashing so I had it scanned and it says cylinder 3 misfire so I changed the plugs and wires and it hasn't got any better still flashes. It only flashes at low idle speed like driving in a parking lot. I don't know what else to change other then the coil. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something else I need to look at? Any help would be appreciated thanks

check
Monitor your antifreeze level in the resivior. My truck had that missfire too, then the intake seal blew and filled the cylinder with coolant. Luckily I did my research and was able to fix it.
