my 96 F150 is running rich
I have changed
Distributor
Cap
Rotor
Wires
coil
Plugs
EGR
Injectors
Truck is in time but runs like poo
any suggestions

Is the CEL on, have you pulled any codes?
Since you determined that it is running rich, the first thing that comes to mind is that the engine is not getting up to temperature. When the engine is cold the ECU will make it run rich (just as if the choke is on on a carbed engine). So, is the thermostat working, is it a 195 thermostat?
