They said it's supposed to be OEM SHO HIDs but even without the giant black spot they don't look right to me anyhow.

I'd have to look but the sho lights might actually say sho in them like the f150. I'll look in the am before I leave if I remember.

Ok here's what I'm thinking. Like I posted earlier if Deff looks like some type of bulb seating issue or some type of bulb alignment problem.

Now I don't know for sure but if those lights came stock with halogen projectors, then that's what they are, halogen projectors. look at the cutoff on your passenger side compared to the other guys stock hids. His step is way more defined and hot spot is very centered and focused. If I had to guess they prolly installed an aftermarket kit in your stock halogen headlights.

See what you can do for getting some pics of the back of the headlights.

I will try to get pics tmorrow of the back. The parts guy guarantees me the housing is the same running either halogen or HID. I have tried looking up the parts between an SHO and Limited and from what I can tell the housing is the same part number.

The car is going back tomorrow for its 4th or 5th trip and I am just wanting to hand them the keys and be done with this headache.

And to think I gave up my '13 FX4 for this. That salesman telling me the headlights were just as good in this good as the HIDs in my truck, need to talk to them tomorrow again, getting tired of this.

UPDATE

So they didn't come right out and say they did it but after being at the dealer for a couple of hours today the guy in the parts dept admitted they heard something pop when installing the lights but they never checked how the lights looked.

They said the housing was broken and ordered a new one so its back at the dealer once again.
