Driver's side shroud is trimmed, painted, cleared and glued in. Need to patch up some holes in the housing and reseal. Passenger side still needs to be trimmed, repainted, cleared and glued in.
I went a little different on the shroud and rotated it 90*. I like this look since you generally see the headlights from the side.

Oh I see. That's cool. I got the mini Gatling gun and my mini 7.0 don't go all the way in. I mean there a gap where the projector lens sits. Is that normal or do I need to trim the inside of the shroud.
Thanks

My Panameras wouldn't sit all the way down either, I had the bevel the inside edge to make room for the lens, once I did that it would sit flat. Also the plastic tabs designed to hold the shroud onto the projector were super cheap and broke right away. So I removed them all and used JB Weld Clear to secure the shrouds to the projector housing.
I would just take a look and see what is hindering your shrouds and dremel out what you need to. Just make sure you have a solid surface to glue everything together.

Get all my stuff tomorrow. Was going to start tomorrow but I am in a fight with some trees in my flower bed. They are pissing me off but I have almost got them out.
Rant over.
I did get to see a truck with a retrofit today. Looked great. I liked his black with chrome shroud color scheme so I will be going with that look. Excited to get started.
