Finally finished!!! Wow what a process....I spent wayyyyy more time on these than my Ram ones. I like these better overall due to the Panamera Switchback shroud and the paint job I chose. I think I am going to like the D2S better in my Ram set than the Mini 7.0's that I used this time around. Still a significant improvement over stock. Coming up with a plan on how to wire everything was a living nightmare. But the payout was great! I'll try to remember to get some pics tomorrow during the day. I literally just finished and came inside to get a beer.

Demon eyes are nowhere near as bright as the shrouds but still pretty neat and worth the wiring hassle of doing them independently to a switch inside.

Tested my components today and everything seemed to be working. There was a humming noise that got quieter after a few seconds. I couldn't tell if it was the harness or the ballast closest to the battery. Either way is that common with this setup? Mini d2s 35w 2014 f150. Also when wiring the high beams the projectors come with a brown and white wires, does the polarity matter?

Nice! My wiring doesn't hum but I'm sure you are fine. As for the high beam wires, I don't think they do as when you test fire them, I could use any wire on the pos/neg of the 9v battery I used and the shield clicked open and close.

Well finally got back to working on them. Going for an alignment test this weekend. My driveway has a slight slope to it. Taking it to my gym to do the alignment. Wired up and everything was working properly.

Well this just happened. Not happy about it either. Just driving down the road and heard a thud. Everything was screwed in and zipped tied as well. Just shredded itself it seems.
