not sure what you mean by parallel with the bulb. I can probably pop my hood open. I think I have tools with me to take my headlights off in my truck. (I'm 8 hours from home for work this summer)

I noticed a couple days after that there was some condensation after it sitting in the sun. Hopefully this isn't your issue. I ended up taking them apart once I did another set, and the high beam solenoid and copper pieces were green....whoops.
Guess I'll be calling TRS again tomorrow unfortunately.

I've been checking for condensation since I washed the truck this week but didn't notice any. Just pulled them off the truck to check all the connections and even popped the rubber housing cap off to check for any signs of moisture but didn't see anything. Reconnected everything and high beam still not working. It's weird. Lows work fine but click the lever into high beam and they all go out. I know they worked for fitment and testing and for the test drive a couple weeks ago, but who knows since then bc I don't use the highs a lot and it's not my daily driver.
Guess I'll be calling TRS again tomorrow unfortunately.

I did read somewhere a little while ago that sometimes if you have fogs on and try to turn on the high beams that it'll shut down the HIDs completely (can't remember why). So going to try to swap to high beams without the fogs running. May have already tried that but can't remember specifically.
