not sure what you mean by parallel with the bulb. I can probably pop my hood open. I think I have tools with me to take my headlights off in my truck. (I'm 8 hours from home for work this summer)

I noticed a couple days after that there was some condensation after it sitting in the sun. Hopefully this isn't your issue. I ended up taking them apart once I did another set, and the high beam solenoid and copper pieces were green....whoops.
I've been checking for condensation since I washed the truck this week but didn't notice any. Just pulled them off the truck to check all the connections and even popped the rubber housing cap off to check for any signs of moisture but didn't see anything. Reconnected everything and high beam still not working. It's weird. Lows work fine but click the lever into high beam and they all go out. I know they worked for fitment and testing and for the test drive a couple weeks ago, but who knows since then bc I don't use the highs a lot and it's not my daily driver.

Guess I'll be calling TRS again tomorrow unfortunately.

Yes in parallel is correct. The two outside wires.

Did you prep the solenoid and plunger before you installed them? I sanded down my plungers and added high temp lube and then cycled them 100 times using a 9 volt battery before even attempting to install them. TRS warns that this should be done.

Nothing in any of the instructions I downloaded from their links stated anything about sanding or using lube. I did test the high beams more than 50 times as I do remember reading something somewhere about cycling them at least 40 times or so before sealing them up. It worked fine, the. After a 4 hour drive on Friday night, I tried to use the highs on some back roads and got nothing. Well, everything just turned off when engaging the high beam lever causing a bit of a frantic moment.

You are right, they only mention cycling them. I was told over on HIDPlanet to bullet proof the solenoids, sand with 1000 grit sandpaper and then add a small amount of high temp lube. I have had mine on now for several months and the solenoids work perfect.

They actually were on when I was tinkering this morning, and I have the Morimoto fogs. I did read somewhere a little while ago that sometimes if you have fogs on and try to turn on the high beams that it'll shut down the HIDs completely (can't remember why). So going to try to swap to high beams without the fogs running. May have already tried that but can't remember specifically.

Whew! Good, bc I'm typically a stickler for following installation instructions and was going to be pissed at myself if I skipped a prep step that caused a problem haha

Ok, just tried to turn them on with the fogs off but same result. The HIDs just turn off when I engage the high beam lever. Sucks
