Looks like I am going to go with the DS2 Squares, XB 5500K bulbs and 35W Ballasts. My question is which harness? What's the difference between the MotoControl Bixenon: H13 and the Canbus H13? Is it simply the bixenon does highs and lows?
Running a 2010 Supercrew with stock halogens.

You'll just need the normal H13. The canbus is for a different wiring setup, mostly found on European cars.

Canbus will not hurt and it may even help with some of the quirks found in recent-model OEM configurations. Don't cost no more, neither, lol.
There actually is a link (that does not work, lol) on the harness detail page that points to another harness in a Canbus application ( and I do believe any vehicle with fancy controls like a 11+ F150 with a BCM is invoking Canbus.
Could be wrong though - I'm old, lol.
If in doubt, just ask TRS.
