They do have a plug and play kit to run the factory HIDs, but a lot of guys have found an improvement in upgrading to Mini H1s or FX-Rs. I would email the guys at TRS and ask for their recommendation.
Unfortunately not, since you are just replacing your fog lights with a different light. The projector retrofits are a lot more involved and require the use of projectors and HID ballasts.

EvoX-R projectors are the direct swap in, but it looks like they're sold out/on back order again. The Motocontrol H13 is the harness you want. Past that, make sure everything else works together, D2S bulbs if you're going to use the EvoX-R, 35w or 55w ballasts both work with the Moritmoto bulbs, but the colour will appear about 1000k in temperature less if you use 55w ballasts, as well as being 20% for 20% less lifespan on bulbs
