I'm interested in buying these headlights for my 2005 SuperCrew. Has anyone had these before? Good quality or bad quality? Let me know!

Would the only benefit be getting black housings instead of chrome? If so, many, many people have been okay with buying a set off eBay for ~$70-80 and just adding some clear silicone around for extra protection against condensation.

If you're more of a DIY'er, you can open up your headlights and paint the chrome part black to match those in the link. Would cost you a maximum of $10.

Now if you ever look at getting projector lights to run HIDs in, look into doing/getting a retrofit done. TheRetrofitSource is an excellent place to start for this, or you can have someone build you a set.
