I didnt tape. I got 2 piece ovals so I could take them apart and spray them and then put them back together. I wouldnt have the patience to tape all that off either!

Yes, they did ship super fast! I appreciate that! Whats $16 for great service? A littler more money is always worth spending for good service. I cant wait to get them tomorrow. I already added my "L" bracket to my driver fog so I can have both lights sitting the same in the buckets.

On the 06, 07,08 you have to add a "L" bracket on the left side of the driver bucket for the adjustment screw. Otherwise, you have to mount the Morimoto upside down. See here:

Ohh wait nevermind I get it now. The morimotos were designed for a newer model but you CAN make them work on the 06-08s but you have to do some tweeking

They say they work fine upside down, but I have OCD, so they HAVE to be correct. TRS tries to get you to buy a whole new bucket, but it wont fit the 06-08. The option is to mount upside down, or spend $5 and use a "L" bracket and epoxy. I used a small sheet metal screw as well as JB Weld on mine.

All I have to say after 2 hours of driving in the dark tonight, is wow, simply wow. The Morimoto fogs are amazing. I am more than pleased. May have to get a set for my Expedition.
