I want to change mine over to RGB's, I think it'd be sweet, just a lot more wires

I'm not wanting to change the interior lights to RGB. I'm thinking more of underglow/underhood/bedlights/interior "party" lights.

Yea that's what I'm talking about. RGB strips use 4 wires per strip versus 2 on the regular ones

Hmmmm... Didn't realize that. I haven't actually seen some in person. Just pics online. I mean as long as you make sure you lay the wires out right it's not too complicated I wouldn't guess. Worst part would be soldering connections if you cut the strip

Yeah, when I was looking into it I was going to buy a roll of the 4 wire RGB cable but I never got to it. I'd have a ton of wire to run though since I have 6 strips, not including my cupholder and cubby light that'd need changing too. It would require several splitters to get done, it would be super sweet. I still plan to tackle it at some point.

This is your best friend for light bulb sizes. For mine it says to check the owners manual for the correct bulb number for the reverse lights. Easiest way would be to pull a tail light and check the bulb size.

Yeah that'd be a lot of wiring. Hadn't noticed there were 4 wires till you mentioned it. This is the strip I've been looking at. http://www.ebay.com/itm/271159915910...X:IT&_trksid=p
