Here is a GREAT write-up for the 2015 headlight, looks very similar to previous years.

Default Spyder lights

I have a 2012 f150 with the Spyder 2013/14 HID version lights using the conversion harness mentioned fromTRS.I am also using OEM ballast, bulbs D3S. I just got them installed last week and had them aimed too high. you have to adjust the lights while they are loose. There is a thread we started on them https://www.f150forum.com/f59/sharp-...79231/index16/ It looks like a couple if guys have had there high beams to come or flash on and one said his quit but it turned out to be the relay harness and they said they replaced their TRS harness too after washing their trucks. Time will tell with mine, but I am happy with the light output. Here are some pics of mine, adjusted at 25 feet about 35 to 36" high, low and high beam. Going to take some night pics on the road when I can. These are definitely a improvement over the stock halogens, best quality probably not? But apparently the TRS harness has issues or bad run of parts?
