From DDM Tuning. It comes with everything you need. Plus the installation instructions are on their website for the corresponding bulb type. Check out that sylvania website to find the right bulb type (Google "Sylvania Bulb Guide"). And then you can even call DDMTuning and they are very knowledgeable as to what bulb you need. I ordered the wrong one first and quickly called to change my order.

I have my DDMTuning set here in my room, going to do an install on Saturday. Will take lots of pics and post the step by step on my 2010.

As for quality, the product looks great, and I will post up pics when its installed. They also shipped it fast, Comes from California, it was here in a week.

did you guys order the raptor or the slim ballast for heads/fogs, and what wattage??
